Edmonton School Wind-Ups & Community Events: A Nerf Party Planning Guide
Updated: Sep 15
Planning a school wind-up or community league event in Edmonton starts with your participant count, venue and supervision plan. Mobile Nerf games bring an active group activity to your own gym, field or community hall.
Hosted Nerf package and pricing
The standard hosted package is $300 for 90 minutes and up to 25 players. Additional players are $10 each beyond 25. Edmonton Foam Wars brings blasters, foam darts, protective eyewear, portable bunkers, setup and a game leader.
For school-wide events, request a quote before booking. Confirm group rotations, activity time, staffing and the total cost. The standard birthday package does not automatically cover an entire school event.
Choose a suitable venue
You arrange the venue; we bring the activity. Check permission to use the space, setup access, playing room and venue rules. A gym or community hall can provide an indoor option. For outdoor events, discuss a weather backup before confirming your plans.
Plan games and supervision
Tell us the participants’ ages and any accessibility needs so we can discuss suitable games. Agree on the responsibilities of teachers, volunteers and the game leader. Allow time for protective eyewear, equipment instructions and clear playing boundaries. Mixed-age groups may benefit from separate rotations and a designated waiting area.
Hosted activity or DIY rental?
A hosted party includes a game leader. With a DIY rental, your organizers run the activity and supervise participants. Compare the hosted Nerf package, Nerf rental equipment and themed party rental kits.
Minecraft, Star Wars and Fortnite equipment upgrades are optional and priced separately. Ask which equipment suits your event.
Request a school or community event quote
Send your preferred date, venue address, age range, participant count and activity window. Tell us whether you want hosted games or a DIY rental. For events outside Edmonton, include the community so we can confirm travel arrangements and any applicable charges.
Edmonton Foam Wars is an independent event provider and is not affiliated with or sponsored by Hasbro, Mojang, Epic Games or Disney.
